Slow, slow, slow , and slower. No one had any urgency to get anyone any food at all. Everyone who looked to be employed there was standing around and talking out back. Every couple minutes, someone would walk up to the fryer area, look busy, then walk to the back again. Been sitting here for almost thirty minutes and I don't think anyone has even cooked any food.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Waited 45 minutes, asked nicely for a refund, refund was refused. She said she was "working on it now" and that she was "just one person." Meanwhile, there were other employees there, too. Manager was SO rude. Then when we got the food it tasted old and like it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time. Was nearly in tears when I left. Shut this place down.
Not to bad. Dining room was filthy though. Still food was better than the others. And the customer service was not useless like the others.
I will never come back here, it's a very bad place.
