This is my first time in Long John Silver's in quite a while, and unfortunately the combination of LJS, KFC, and a convenience store wasn't what we'd hoped for. We also noticed that the menu was considerably shorter than it had been the last time we went to a Long John Silver's. The food itself wasn't bad but I doubt we will go back there anytime soon
I got my order and just insisted that I ordered 2 PC fish basket. When I received 2pc chicken I fussed at the manager or the lady taking orders. She was firm but polite and gave me the fish basket without attitude. I was treated more than fair. Service appreciated. I probably did say chicken and meant to say fish. Awesome job! I wish I would've gotten her name but it was 7/3/25 at approx 8:30pm. Give that woman a raise please. Thank you!
