The fried chicken tastes like fish. Obviously not using separate friers, which is a health code violation.
The food was good. The portion size was more than I could eat.
Honestly this was the worst service and experience I have ever personally experienced at a business before. It doesn't even deserve 1 star on any of the categories. They made us wait ridiculously long, forgot about us after making us wait on the side of the building, got our order wrong and what was right was the smallest pieces of chicken ever with black bits in it, and had to demand a refund all within the same trip because they couldn't do a few simple tasks.
