Extremely disappointing service. They refused to take a call‑ahead order and weren’t willing to discuss simple substitutions. The lack of willingness to help made for a very poor experience.
Extremely disappointed, waited 20 minutes in line, one person was helped every 4-5 minutes and the drive thru was clearly prioritized, the main problem was the guy behind the counter who in the time we were there never once changed his gloves, he was picking his face, picking up change from the counter, then proceeds to literally use his gloved hands to scoop with his hands, not the tongs, French fries with his filthy hands, we left, after a 20 minute wait and went to Bob Evans across the road, it should be enforced hygiene ... read more
Not super friendly but food and service is great
Wife ordered food on the way home. Order was wrong! All chicken no fish. 17 bucks for junk! Hush puppies are bricks and service at the window was horrific. Absolutely a joke of a fast food place
