I don't normally have high expectations for this brand, but this store was way worse than most. The staff was all in the back when we got there and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the counter. The tables were terribly sticky. The place was filthy in general. The tea had soured, so I opted for the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew. It had the syrup stream screwed up and was gross. I didn't even ask someone to correct it, because the service was so shoddy.
