It's the batter. The batter makes everything, the chicken the fish and the shrimp better than almost any fish I've ever had. Very greasy though. But my favorite place to go when I want to treat myself. I just wish there was one closer to where I lived.
The fish is good and the hush puppies have a flavor that has you wanting more.
