Fish and hushpuppies were a bit soggy. Slight taste of KFC in my LJS meal. Coleslaw was trash. Employees were great.
The service ver slack for a franchise. I waited for 5 min before anyone even came the counter. Seriously understaffed. The fish was not good. I'll never go back for fish and chips. The tarter sauce was like mayonnaise.
Maria with the glasses was on it! She was taking orders working in the back and still came out to wipe down tables! She provided us with excellent customer service and definitely stood out when it came to her team! Even tho there were alot of customer Maria took control and did it with a smile thank you once again Maria for the great experience you are highly appreciated ma'am!
