Ordered on app 3 different times. Store told us to call corporate. Corporate said the store needed to accept the order. Store then told us corporate didn't know what they were talking about and they were wrong it was an app problem. Canceled orders and will never return again due to attitudes of employees. We were not the only ones having issues at this time. An older gentleman's order was messed up and nobody offered to fix it. Seems desolate. Was giving it a try after almost a year and it was not worth it. The chicken poppers tasted funny, my food was luke warm and tasted old. Should have known with only 3 cars parked there. They were fast though and friendly.
Very rude employees, need to learn how to speak to customers and answer questions with respect.
