I love eating at long jones but don't like the changes in the past year or so they need to go back to regular French fries, go back to corn on the cob and the slaw is dry sometimes, I think that would help business a lot more. Buddy from Kentucky
We ate at west Mifflin in Pittsburgh Pa I had a number 10 2 fish and 6 shrimp those were the toughest shrimp and Luke warm fish the green beans were mushy .I'll stick with Ambridge / Carnegie
When ordering food online it wouldn't accept it so when we tried to do it again and accepted it but they accepted it twice and that's been over a week ago and we're trying to get her money back on one of the meals cuz we only purchased one of the meals only get received one meal for some reason we got charged for two and having a hell of a time getting a hold of Long. John silver's and it's been a week now
I went to the long John Silvers at 34th & Broadway. In Louisville, Ky, sunday afternoon, one young lady was working the drive through the front counter trying to get everybody served while the other young girl stood back there on her phone texting. I eventually asked her do you work here? She got highly upset with me and it ended up with her telling me, take your money and leave. I will never go back to that restaurant again. She claimed to be the manager.
Just left your store in Martinsville Indiana. Had a coupon for family size dinner but the rude young man wouldn’t allow us to use it for two meals. Then my husband asked if they had senior or military discount but he said we should have asked before he ran our card. Btw, the restroom was disgusting also. We definitely won’t be back to any Long John Silvers and will definitely let our friends and family know the way we were treated. I see why so many of your stores have closed!!!
