Horrible place. Ill never go back
They never answer or return calls. I went to East main in cols ohio and placed a mobile order for $19. When I got there to pick up they said they were out of everything and there was no manager to refund me so I needed to call Corporate. Well they don't answer and im out $19. I hope they ALL shut down.
I went to the Grand Rapids Michigan location on 28 th st se yesterday to enjoy a lunch meal instead of the great smell of food all I could smell during my lunch was the strong smell of weed being smoked it was so bad it seemed like smoking was inside the restaurant totally disappointed in my experience
There needs to more staff and better employees that are able to listen and comprehend what is being ordered.
