The Long John Silvers in Pickens SC, stopped taking orders, are short on help, and the manager and her employee went outside to talk. My friend and I waited on our food for a hour today. The food was cold. This is crazy. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. The one in Anderson is better.
Long johns needs to switch back to French fries, everyone we know would rather have the regular fries. We love long johns in Richmond because it is an A&W, food is always good, hot and good service.

What in the world has happened to my beloved Long John Silvers? The food is just awful. My food had so much salty seasoning it was even enjoyable. The fish batter nothing but over powering saltiness. I tried the grilled shrimp and rice same thing over powering saltiness. The go order a complete mess. Didn't put all my sides in . The sampler platter didn't even put on a platter.
