We went to have a quick dinner after a long day of working and were very pleased with our plate presentation! We don't eat at LJS often so it is a nice treat when we do, and the food was as delicious as we expected it to be. The dining areas were clean, and it was really quiet at the time we arrived for dinner. The employees were kind and patient.
Food was not made to order unprofessional staff was on their phones don't know how this place is still in business
I used the tablet kiosk for the order. It was nice to do the order how you want. It took longer than usual because we brought kids too. The order was wrong in the end anyway. I think the kiosk needs adjusting. We ordered everything on the A&W burgers we got plain burgers. A lot of naked burgers. 😆 It's ok we ate them that way, we were hangry by the time we got our food. We will try again next time, maybe the kiosk needs customers to complete the trial and error part.
