I did not have A&W food for decades and I missed it. So when I saw this sign, I had to check it out. The food here was not fresh and delectable as the one I used to get in Lansing, Michigan. I think they should try to keep it fresh and good, and not let it have older stuff laying around
The customer service at this location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ease of ordering was great and staff were quick to take orders. The food was tasty and ready quickly. From the A&W side, the coney had cheese sauce, surprisingly, and it was quite good. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. And, of course, the root beer was delicious.
Rude workers .. late at night so food was horrible way to greesy and fries were cold
