I really like the food at Long. John silver. The staff goes out of their way to try and make things right. But their online app and their website are horrible. Every time I try and pay for an order it says it fails but when I go back to my credit card I see that it was successful. This is a continuing problem and even though I keep filling out the contact us forms, I never hear anything back from the corporate office. Employees were kind and helpful
Fish , fries, and shrimp was horrible. So much great it tasted like they cooked it let it sit and then told customers they was cooking fresh fish, when actually just stuck it back in oil to heat, they didn’t drain any oil off. This is really saddening. This place needs to step up or close down. Needs an inspection.
