Do not order ahead. I have done this 3 times in the last year. They cook food immediately & then they let it sit. This happened last night. I ordered at 5:00pm & picked up at 6:10pm. The food was room temperature. I had to ask for my Dr. Pepper. I was given a diet A&W root beer. $40 for a cold meal for 3 people.

Definitely have had way better experiences this time the lady kept yelling everyone's names out like it was crowded when there was maybe 5 people waiting for food they were having trouble getting food orders out I waited for over 20 minutes for my food which was a plate of chicken and fried pickles when I finally got my order the people next to me got a handful of fried pickles and I got six tiny little pickles and the chicken was super tiny pieces
The place was dirty, tables were not wiped off. Condiment trays were empty, tartar sauce pumps were broken appeared to be understaffed. Not sure but we think one employee was fired while we were there! It had gone downhill since that last time we ate there!
