I have tried and tried to get good food and service! You cannot expect either here! Ordered a sandwich and a meal on my try today. Got home missing slaw and the sandwich. Called and repeatedly got hung up on.
We have given them 3 tries , everyone can have a off day , but all three times it was horrible , food was cold and took for forever to get it , they weren’t even busy , if it was cold each time and not busy why would it take so long , 3 times and we are done with the Newport location , I guess from mostly bad reviews they just don’t care 😢

I was so happy to visit a Long John Silver’s since we no longer have one in our area of Florida. I love the LJS’s chicken planks with extra “crispies.” Their Cole slaw is great. My husband loves the A & W diet root beer on tap.
