Terrible customer service, all the food tastes the same, the root beer is the best part on the days it's working. Dirty, slow, and unpleasant all around.
The service is the slowest in town. The employees could care less about good service or cleanliness. It’s pretty bad actually. Food was decent but never know what happens behind the walls(kitchen).. I mean if they don’t take time to clean the lobby and they obviously don’t care about people waiting 45 mins for an order then why would the guy in the back care about washing his hands or wiping down a prep table. It's just okay. And it's not very consistent. A&W Root Beer is great though.
