I am more so directing this at the staff. We came in at 9 pm (it is closed at 11pm according to the sign on the door and on google). They seemed to have an issue with us coming in and indirectly stated that the doors were supposed to be locked. Why are we locking the doors at 9 o’clock. If it does close at 9 pm then there is a clear discrepancy which can cause miscommunication between the staff and customers.
There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol.
