Rest In Peace to this establishment. I'll never eat here again after my last experience. Our last few visits were bad, but not THIS BAD. Their app confirmed that our food was ready. After arriving, we were asked to wait about 10 minutes, meaning the employees are not working as fast as they're supposed to. They're zombies. Oh and it's gets worse! I feel bad for this restaurant. The mall has made it difficult to just turn into Long John Silver's. I had to actually pass it by, turn around further down Rt. 6, and come back up the other side of Rt 6. The food is always good there, but I'm sure they aren't losing business because of the access problems.
Thr new grilled menu is a must try. They got this one right. A little mixture of old and new flavors. Just isn't marketed enough in commercials in our area to let customers know of this new change. Missed opertunity I think.
