The WORST food and followed by the WORST customer service. Staff pretending to be supervisor, supervisor ELISE has POOR POOR customer service who doesn't give a damn about anything but being right. ZEEO customer service....GO ELSEWHERE, WASTE OF YOUR TIME

I visited LJS for the first time this evening, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had as a first-time customer. I placed an order at the drive-thru and noticed that the total seemed higher than I expected. When I reached the window, I asked the employee if there was a significantly higher upcharge for the large drinks. She informed me that the meals I ordered didn’t include a drink, so they are full price. I stated that the sign mentioned the meal included a 20 oz drink. The cashier, Henry F and the lady manager (can’t remember her name) were extremely friendly, helpful and just all around gave us the best service possible when my husband and I visited for lunch yesterday! The food was hot and delicious and they made our experience one to remember and now will be repeat customers! Great Staff at this location!
