Alyssa (dont know if that's spelled right) was very welcoming and nice. It went from empty to slightly busy while we ate but she and the kitchen staff were right on top of everything. The restaurant was also kept clean and orderly, even the restrooms.

Ate at this location today (Mentor, OH) and had the best service I’ve had in a long time. The ladies name was Alaina or Elaina. So nice, very attentive and actually treated us like we were customers. Most places act like they are doing you a favor anymore. I listened as she waited on the next few customers and she provided the same level of service. Excellent employee you have!! Food was good too!
Food was supposed to be cooked to order but because it came out within 2 minutes it was not !! but the nice lady that works there (she was on vacation) it's usually perfect
Great food, the fish stayed crunchy after a 30 minute drive. Chicken wraps were amazing.
