Place looks run down and service suck, the employee on the speaker was having 5 conversations and I waited 10 minutes to even complete my order and worker had an attitude from the first word, found a hair in my food. Customer service here is the absolute worst.
Every time, I visit this location I am treated very well by every staff member. My food is cooked well too. 😊
If you want to go to this place to be yelled at by an unprofessional and rude manager, then this is your place to go to at the drive thru. I never knew you could not ask a question about the menu without being yelled at, but I found out this place loves to do that. I drove off without ordering. I do not trust employees yelling at me while asking a question, especially when there was not a single car in the drive-thru or parking lot. Now you know why this place was empty. Avoid this place at all costs.
