Placed online order went to pickup comple order was completely wrong according to the staff they aren't familiar with the online promos
Fries were raw no cooked at all
Service sucks...waited 10 minutes for person to come to window....still waiting...went in.sevice just as bad..
Lazy workers, who are angry to take your order in the first place, disable the mobile ordering so no one can order ahead. Disaster of a location these unpleasant employees are driving out of business. The food is good as ever, but that doesn't matter if ordering there is a chore.
Went back after this place was mishandled by corporate; seems to be under new and better management, there’s actually good food on my plate now! Feels like the Long John silvers I grew up with again.
