I haven’t had Long John Silvers since I was a little girl living in Lubbock, Tx. I must say I enjoyed my food. The green beans are really good and have this Smokey like flavor.
The food is amazing. The green beans genuinely make me feel better. The staff are nice and they take good care of the customers. The problem is that no one wants to watch food being prepared in a nasty, run down facility! This place desperately needs remodeled. The staff deserve to work in a business they can be proud of. As a customer for over 30 years I am disappointed.. I used to work here as a teen mom. It was bad 21 years ago. It certainly has not improved. Come on Long John Silver's! REMODEL ALREADY!!!
I had ordered take out yesterday. My order was $15 and change. I asked the cashier for tartar sauce, he assured me he would put some in my bag. I received one cup that was half full/empty. It's really pathetic this is what they gave me. It will be awhile before I go back.
