I have craved ljs for months and was truly disappointed, it tasted like grease was a week old , however the oreo cheesecake was great, unfortunately that praise goes to the cheesecake factory, I don't think in going to be doing long John's for a long time , I hate bad reviews and seldom comment if it's negative but this one was unforgettable
In years past, I really enjoyed my food from LJS. So today, I ordered the 2 piece fish and more to go. I had a very patient man behind the counter. He was helpful and courteous. He asked if I wanted the usual sides of fries and coleslaw. Yes I did, or so I thought. He asked if I wanted any sauce. I would like extra tartar sauce please. Went to the one dodge Jason was the name on the receipt very impolite very rude no communication or customer service skills they asked us to pull forward which is fine he handled us our food and walked away never said have a good day we asked how his day was going he completely ignored us never going back
Every time I drive thru my experience is great. The staff are pleasant and the food comes out fresh and hot.
