They have just opened it at 10:00 and it took them a little time to get the order ready but we weren't mad. The food was delicious it was hot and their chicken planks are unbelievable I didn't know they had chicken so good. They also gave us a $10 coupon to come back because your order took a little bit longer we didn't even ask for it they're nice people that work there
My passenger wanted LJS on our drive home from a family picnic last night around 8:15. We were second in the drive-thru line and waited 20 minutes (no hyperbole) for the woman in front of us to receive her three-piece order of chicken. Literally no one in the dining room and plenty of staff. Totally unforgiveable. If I could have left without their hardscape damaging our vehicle, I would have. Never again.
I used the online pickup option at this newly remodeled location. Ordering was easy and the food was ready when I arrived, but it wasn’t as hot or fresh as I expected—seemed like it sat for a bit. The fish and chicken were decent, sides just okay. I added an extra piece of chicken for $3, but it was surprisingly small for the price. Staff was polite and the remodel looks nice and clean, but overall the experience was more average than great.
