Went on a Wednesday around 2 so no lunch or dinner crowd there. Only one other person in store who already Ordered. Ordered at counter it took 25 minutes to get our food, Food was to cold to eat , indoor temperature also cold. Took back to get a refund. Not going to return as this happened before
Long John's should go out of busines. Customer service is even worse. Why can't I even get any food?!! It's a sign that no one should eat this fake seafood. I wanted to try the clams. Thank you for not giving me any food. Will never go back again. Skip this joke of fast food should be called wait forever restaurant. Better luck at an actual restaurant with actual food

Could not take my order they missed a 80 dollar order
My order was horrible. 2 piece chicken meal one piece was as big as my thumb and so old and over cooked. The other was just as small and almost raw. Not sure how that happens ..Hush puppies were hard as a rock. No sauces and no straw for my drink. Cole slaw was like it sat under a heat lamp Gross
