This place is in need of TLC. I love LJS. Whomever runs this one doesn’t care the employees stand around and chat they should be cleaning.
Decided to come here because it was closer to home than the other LJS I go to. Never again. I don't understand how people choose to work in customer service roles but have absolutely no customer service skills. We walk in, no hello. Walk to counter, no how can I help you? We leave, no thank you for coming or have a good day. Our other location we go to takes a while to bring food out but it's FRESH and hot. This place took like 5 minutes, nothing was fresh.
