I went to the Bedford, Indiana location today. I haven’t been to a Long John Silver’s in many years. I used the drive through. I ordered a chicken and fish platter with fries, cole slaw and a large drink with a large clam strips as well. When I left I realized I never got my drink so I returned and was given my drink. When I got home I found there was no chicken in the chicken and fish platter. Needless to say, that’s abysmal customer service! Did no one look at my order to ensure it was correct or complete? Great expierence hear they are always very friendly and the employeeesgo above and beyond...ive never had a bad meal from here there always hot fresh and never greasy..i highgly reccommmend this Long John Silver
The interior(ceiling) could be updated but other than that, there is plenty of seating. The food was made to order, super fresh and tasted great and the staff was very friendly.
