Ive had such a good experience with long jetty vet, the whole team is always friendly, honest, and genuinely caring. The vet nurses are so lovely and have genuine interest and love for the animals including giving my very stressed cat lots of love. They take time to explain everything clearly and never rush the appointment. What I really appreciate is that Ive never felt pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments. Lost dog bleeding in my backseat. They scanned chip and refused to take any care of him, sent us away (will say they didn’t and told us to go to SoCares… what do you think turning away is?)
I just wanted to review the experience I had today, we are on the central coast for a weekend away and I realised we had forgotten our dogs medication that he needs daily. I contacted the vets and asked if they could assist with dispensing enough tablets for 5 days. The girls were so helpful, they happily contacted my primary vet in western Sydney and to get my dogs medical history so they could help us out.
