I understand the importance of schedules, but I was disappointed by how rigid the policy was and how it was communicated. I had left work early and was hoping for a more understanding approach, especially as a new patient. I drove 2 hours in a busy holiday traffic to cancel my appointment Medical appointments can be nerve-wracking, especially with a new doctor, and I expected more compassion. Ultrasound appointment at 11am. Arrived at the elevator at 10:54am. Checked in. While waiting, watched a couple toured two houses and made decision to purchase in the TV show. Called in. Undressed myself. Dressed myself. Went to bathroom. Checked out. At 11:14 am, I'm already on the way out to the elevator. LESS THAN 3 MINTUES for a transvaginal ultrasound.

I found out I was pregnant and wanted to get in soon, they wanted me to wait a couple weeks before my first initial appointment even after I said I have a history of low progesterone.. th... read more

First I was sent for a mammography and ultrasound, Dr. Jessica V called me for 90 seconds stating I need a biopsy. I asked a follow up question which was met with no answer or compassion for my experience. She told me to call someone else. I went for the biopsy. Results indicated malignancy. She never called, never replied to the imaging center, and the front desk staff were disrespectful when I called. The dr who did my biopsy called me. One week later I got a call back and she told me her office has tried me multiple times... read more
