The office is welcoming and clean. Dr Ventimiglia answered all my questions & was easy to talk to. Im glad she takes my insurance!
Dr. Chen is gentle, patient, super kind and very personable. Takes her time with her patients. I'm very happy she is my doctor.
I understand the importance of schedules, but I was disappointed by how rigid the policy was and how it was communicated. I had left work early and was hoping for a more understanding approach, especially as a new patient. I drove 2 hours in a busy holiday traffic to cancel my appointment Medical appointments can be nerve-wracking, especially with a new doctor, and I expected more compassion.
