I called for a bent rim for my tesla model y which had a slow leak i talked to him he sounded convincing with his work and negotiated the price with him. He took my wheel and tire and had me back on the road in and hour. Satisfied with his work Drove the car for a week or so and no leaks.
Excellent Quality in work. JP is Very knowledgeable and proficient! My rims were repaired and mounted in 90min. I would highly recommend This business for any complex or simple wheel repair. Does a great job On high end cars and treats them like his own. Will definitely be coming back If I need additional repairs. Thanks JP!
John is a great guy and took care of my cracked rim. I had an annoying air leak and discovered that it wasn’t an issue with the tire but that there was a crack on the inside of the rim as mentioned by a nearby tire shop. The tire shop gave me the referral to John and he took care of my issue the next day I called him in the morning on a weekend! John is awesome! After dealing with a terrible pothole on the GCP, and getting crazy quotes from Tesla to replace rims, I found John on Google. John was able to get my two rims repaired and even helped me source a second replacement tire that Tesla did not notice was leaking a lot when replacing the punctured one. John was super nice, down to earth, gave no frills and got my rims repaired in the same day for a fair price. Car drives just as new!
Complete waste of time. I called early in the afternoon to make an appointment to fix my bent rim. The guy was nice and agreed to meet me at 4:30. He said it would cost $160 cash. More than I was quoted by Mavis, but at least he said he could get it done same day. Asking for cash is sketchy for any business, and that should have been a red flag.
