Terrible experience with this agency! The director was removed as supervisor of visits by Judge for "Clearly not being an unbiased party". Forensic report later showed her threatening and antagonistic emails / communications as "bizarre". My daughter was even allowed to be "patted down" at a substance abusers allegation for "recording devices". Aggresive and combative communications with repeated "insinuations". Horrible visitation place. I go here to visit my mom every week which started in 2020. Luci was awesome back then letting me express myself and tell her why I am angry at things she did to me in the past and present. Now, Luci is saying to me I am not allowed to express myself and only allowed to keep it light. The thing is on their website it says they offer therapeutic visitation, yet Luci is telling me to keep the conversations light. She doesn't talk to my doctor, only to my mom. Horrible facility dirty and false advertising it is a scam for money and should be looked at by the BBB ASAP! You advertise therapy but are not qualified have no license in the field your charging a lot of money to record conversation with parents and kids u take money and immediately after visit u want the next one your supposed to provide a legit service and all u do is take.
