Nice little community.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. The community was undergoing extensive road paving during our stay, which required us to walk more than half a mile each way every day. Traveling with an infant meant carrying a stroller, diaper bag, bottles, and other baby gear over a long distance multiple times a day. Very nice place overall with great amenities it’s just very noisy with constant construction, but the people who stay there are quiet and the staff are nice people
We've been guests at several AirBnB properties hosted by many different management companies within LIV over the last 3 years, and have enjoyed our stays for the most part. However, this will be the last time we stay in LIV because their HOA has clearly forgotten themselves when it comes to accommodating short term guests. First of all, their "administrative fee" has been raised from $90 to $110, and for what?
