We've been guests at several AirBnB properties hosted by many different management companies within LIV over the last 3 years, and have enjoyed our stays for the most part. However, this will be the last time we stay in LIV because their HOA has clearly forgotten themselves when it comes to accommodating short term guests. Nice place to relax.
Very disappointed in the "amenities". When we checked in, the clerk gave us wrist bands to wear, a packet containing the rules of LIV, and a charge of $90 HOA fee. Why did we get wrist bands when the rules say visitors aren't allowed to use amenities without the owner present. I think the HOA fee only paid for using the trash compactor. The rules also stated that there were to be no "nuisances"-- the house we stayed in was next door to a home with such bright security lights that our place was lit up all night--even the blin... read more
