The team provided compassionate, patient-centered support and made the transition into care for my family member seamless during a very difficult time. This place is so unorganized I was there over a month never saw a counselor at all . They talk about aa meetings at every group you go too. One group discussed about relapse as that is why people go there to begin with all I did is pee in a cup plus get billed a lot for that they submitted to my insurance company that this place was a intense therapy clinic charged 3200.00 for several weeks completel bullshit nothing intense therapy or one on one with a counselor or therapist it’s a money grabber go to aa meeting or smart re... read more

As a mom, I was skeptical of sending my kid anywhere even though I knew that they needed help. This clinic made me feel safe and I knew that my kid would be supported in the way that they needed to be. The staff is caring, patient and always kept me updated on my kids progress. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Long Island treatment center is a wonderful place. Their alumni coordinator, Valerie, is Absolutely amazing. I wish every company had a Valerie. She Answered her phone on both Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. She will go above and beyond to help someone she doesn’t even know and that means the world to me thank you LITC.
