Doug was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered any questions I had, and came and fixed the problem on the spot. As a new spa owner, when he left i felt way more comfortable maintaining my spa.
What a very professional and friendly company. Doug did great work. He came diagnosed the the hot tub problem that was causing the breaker to trip and he repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also repaired a leak he found in the process. I would definitely recommend Long Island Spa to anyone who needs hot tub service.

After my husband tried everything to fix our hot tub , which was not working at all, I finally convinced him to call a professional. And that is what we got. Doug was exceptional . Within minutes, he had discovered the problem and repaired it. It happened to be a blown fuse, something which my husband would have never found!
