EXCELLENT. Doug Toledo came out to fix the heating element in my spa that I have on my back porch in the snow and freezing weather. First off he is extremely polite!! He explained everything before he started working. He had the part with him and offered to replace it immediately. He is very knowledgeable and even helped me with questions we had about the chemicals and balancing the water . My experience with Long Island Spa was top rated. They are not only professional but personable. Rachel was very helpful with appointment setting and Doug kept in contact with me through my entire process. He not only performed the work efficiently but also in a timely fashion. They also worked around my crazy schedule which was extremely helpful. Ahhh! My hot tub is up and running perfectly. I had an amazing experience with Long Island Spa Service! I just moved into a new home with a hot tub and had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy for an impeccable cleaning service of the entire tub, including a tutorial on how to use and maintain everything. Simultaneously we also noticed a leak and the owner Doug personally came out to help find and diagnose the leak.
