We are extremely satisfied with Long Island spa service. Doug was an extremely professional and highly competent technician, knowledgeable about anything that has to do with a hot tub. We highly recommend him and I believe you will be extremely satisfied just like we are.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would most definitely. Douglas took on a difficult spa repair without hesitation (where others declined to do so). He troubleshot the problems thoroughly and methodically, and kept me posted on his progress along the way. One of the best Spa service in Long Island very knowledgeable and helpful. they get back to you immediately about any questions. I made an appointment with them. They came right on time. I definitely recommend them
Doug was great! Excellent communication, arrived early and explained everything in detail. Would definitely use them again with any hot tub problems.
