All my hair is falling out from over processing and I cannot get in contact with this stylist to even find out how what she used in my hair. I paid 220 and now my hair is ruined. I am so disappointed not only for my long hair to fall out but also would not answer any question for the texturizer used. She processed my hair for 6 hours, which is grossly negligent. I have been a client of this young woman for years she is very talented at her craft. I will be returning to the shop soon for a new hairstyle.
On December 22, 2023, I got my hair weaved and took it out on February 26, 2024. I loved the results, so I returned on February 27, 2024, and as of today, March 19, 2024, my hair still looks great.
