On December 22, 2023, I got my hair weaved and took it out on February 26, 2024. I loved the results, so I returned on February 27, 2024, and as of today, March 19, 2024, my hair still looks great.
Tamara is the best. I needed to get my hair done last minute and she was so accommodating. I will definitely be back. She did a great job and is just so sweet. The best in LI.
I recently moved here and needed my hair done badly and had no idea where to go. I found this salon and came here based off of previous reviews and couldn’t be more glad I did. I was her last appointment of the day and turned into a way longer appointment than anticipated. She spent hours on removing washing and redoing my sew in from a previous hair stylist. My hair stylist is moving that I have been using for over 10 years and don’t feel like traveling too far to get my hair done so I googled and found Sophistacted Hair Studio, and I am so glad I did! She is so professional and does a great job! I will be coming here from now on ! 🙂
I’ve been going to Tamara from 5-6 years ago. She has bodied every style I’ve done through all my hair phases. From sew-ins to box braids to frontals to natural hair and wig coloring to wig installs. Always does her best work and I’ve never walked out unhappy. Also always very nice to me and I feel at home, which seems simple, but you don’t always get that kind of feeling with stylists. Recommend highly with prices that match are more than fair for the work she does. Also, recently got a manicure and was very pleased !
