The staff members are notably attentive and considerate of patients' time, which I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the coordinated care approach is something I value. Jaclyn Farino is a truly excellent doctor, and she demonstrates genuine care for her patients, always striving for their well-being. I am very pleased with the doctors and staff.
The medical department is very clearly overwhelmed, and it’s very much a hit and miss with expertise. I don’t have any complaints about the Article 16 clinic, though.
Jaclyn Farino and the rest of the staff/assistants/front desk are always really helpful and professional. they listen to your concerns and they actually care. i’m glad my insurance suggested this doctor office for me!
I’d like to share a review about my care manager, Mary Roman Roche.. She has helped me dramatically with my son and finding him a therapist, and I am truly appreciative. She’s a great care manager.
