I went to my appointment 9/23/26 at the Central Islip location. Had to fill out about 12 sheets of my information and income. They want to know how much you earn, but neglected to ask what your expenses are. Had 2 x-rays of my tooth that is hurting and then told, I had no infection. The dentist then said she would call and follow up with me. Not 1 call. Almost fell twice with all the wires on the floor. Was then charged $175.00 NO thank you. Awful

I made an appointment in March 2026 for a routine teeth cleaning, they said they had a full schedule until October. I didn’t mind waiting because it was not very urgent to me. Before October’s appointment, they called me and said the doctor went on vacation, and that the next available appointment would be for February 2027. No respect for people’s time.

I am very disappointed with the Lish Dentist I made appointment 1year ago when time came to see the dentist I received a call that provider wasn’t going to be there and they canceled. They didn’t have any available appointments until next year. I had call my insurance to see if they could help me reschedule appointments with other Dentist.
