Wow! My primary care Dr. referred me to this location for physical therapy due to a car accident. Called & made an appointment. There were questions about the no-fault insurance, so instead of calling to ask or asking me when I came in for the rest of the information, the receptionist just CANCELLED my appointment. Worse service ever for a brand new client. I guess they don't want new clients. I'll find a provider that wants my business!
