I was looking for a reputable roofing company to replace my roof and I got 4 estimates. I met Irvin he was the second estimate I had received, after his assessment of my roof and the way he articulate himself I already knew he was the man for the job. What convinced me the most was his knowledge of roofing, professional,punctual,how personable and honest he was. LI Precision removed and replaced existing roof shingles, replaced existing 68 year old 3/8"" plywood sheeting with 5/8", replaced existing aluminum siding with new vinyl siding, and replaced all gutters. Project took 4 days including 1 no work rain day. Work appears professional. Little or no problems with personnel and supervision.
