I am 81 yrs of age and I had a lot of questions about doing a roof ! Irwin was patient kind and respectful at all times Madeline always called me and sent whatever I asked for! The job was done fast and thorough! His workers were also respectful and cleaned up properly!! He is accredited with BBB and now I know why! With LI precision you get the owner not a sub contractor! Irvin and his team did an excellent job replacing part of our roof under a second floor deck, even removing and replacing the deck themselves without needing to hire a different handyman. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, responsive, and did great work. I would definitely use them in the future if needed!
