Today I went to pick it up my edger, they were unable to get parts for it. When we were going to load it in the car the guy comes out with a arrogant attitude because I asked him why my parts were a bag and not put together. His answer was he couldn't fix it any way and that's what they do. Really!! When I pressed him to put it together he wanted to charge me another $30 and told me I was quibbling about it.
