I had a completely unacceptable and disorganized experience at this clinic with my twin daughters. Our appointment started nearly an hour late, meaning I had to try and keep two toddlers calm in a waiting room for an hour before even being seen. Once we finally got back, the clinical practices were shockingly careless. They attempted to track my daughters' growth by measuring their height while they were standing up and weighing them while they were fully dressed—making the data practically useless for accurate tracking.
