I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve used this practice in the past and always liked them, which is why I called to make an appointment. When I asked the receptionist if they accepted my new insurance, she said she didn’t know. I politely asked if she could check for me, but she refused and told me she could only look into it a few days before the appointment because it “takes four hours” to call insurance. I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Fauvell, an Oral Surgeon at LIOMS for many years. He is a gifted surgeon! I have had multiple implants and extractions with him—and each time he was gentle, personable and above all else: knowledgeable! He explained the process in terms I could understand. The staff is very accommodating. And Dr Meneshian made me feel very reassured about the procedure I would have and his ability to deal with any issues that may arise. I feel confident that I will be well cared for.
Excellent surgeons and staff members. Very friendly, and the procedure was a very comfortable experience. Definitely recommend A+++.
I scheduled an appointment with them for a simple tooth extraction consultation. They requested to fill out pages of pages irrelevant health and family information from me. I cancelled my appointment after spending 30 mins going through all the questions and remembering my appointment is not for a liver transplant consultation. I prefer not to be lead for a random life insurance company.
