Harassing me over $18 from 3 years ago when they could’ve had me give it to them when I was actually a patient there. Not once did they try to reach out to me themselves yet I’m having debt collectors call me non stop, and at first I thought I may have owed some actual money; but then I find out this is all over this $18 lol. The office staff is not the greatest. They literally can book you an appointment and that is it. They can't answer any questions beyond that and can not provide any information imperative to your appointments. My prescriptions are rarely sent after my appointments, leaving me waiting and needing to call back days later. Last year when I was considering surgery, I asked to have an appointment with them for a second opinion. I made the telehealth appointment with Stacy and was never contacted.
