In my opinion,, they deserve ZERO STARS!!!!! The practice manager Donna and Carmella are SO VULGAR and INCOMPETENT at their JOBS, it’s PATHETIC!! THEY ARE A HORRID,ABHORRENT, DISGUSTING 🤢 GROUP of PEOPLE!!! IN MY OPINION, STAY AWAY!!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK 🤧!!! They have no accountability for their mistakes. They never get back to anybody. If they think that Brain health is “ no big deal” ,, the AMA should SHUT THEM DOWN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my consult and appointment with Dr Kessler Every staff member from receptionists, technicians and check out was professional knowledgeable Just as importantly they were warm and kind. I would recommend them 1000 percent
Dr. Eric Hanauer is a good doctor, however, front desk personnel are nasty and abusive, and have no respect for the patients.
I've been seeing Dr.Hanoeur for years and he's a great doctor (hence the 2 stars). However, everytime I've encountered this facility lately I've been having more and more problems. Their portal has been extremely buggy lately -- when I try and call to report it and have things fixed I'm always transferred to a voicemail box that never responds. The past 3 appointments I've had (mind you these are appointments spread out every 6 months), I'm always met with unwarranted, nasty attitudes from the staff desk. I really tried to g... read more
