I'm a little perplexed at some of the negative reviews. My wife and I first contacted Long Island Modular in February of 2022. We met with Jonathan and he immediately had us working with his engineer to modify our plans for modular construction. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the manufacturing facility. I was given a tour upon arrival and was introduced to all the key personnel. I really enjoyed meeting all of them and ended up having interaction with most of them along the way. Pay attention to the negative reviews, they are valid. These people are absolute crooks. Only a very quick google search will confirm this. Look at how many legal cases they are involved in, both in their current company and their predecessor companies that they closed to shed litigation. We lost a lot of money, most of which went right into LIMs pockets, because we worked with them. There is a character limit on the review but go to Yelp for more detail. Do not buy a home from this company..they don't know how to wrap it and. It will havemold. Don't believe me I have pictures
these people are crooks and high pressure salesmen. they took our money and refused to honor the contract refused even negotiate. they did not draw plans for us and lied about it to the department of consumer affairs. do not use them John Davidson is an out-and-out liar
