What a nightmare !!! We spent over 12 hours on our commute, took the ferry across the sound, then drove to the marina. Pleasantly surprised to meet the owner and learn about the boat but that was the only good part. We negotiated a price and received an accepted contract for the purchase. Because our surveyor had a backlog of work (as most reputable people do), we requested to push the closing date out 2 weeks so he could get to the boat. Was looking to purchase a boat. After 10 days of no contact. I guess they are not in business anymore. Left 4 emails and 4 voice mails in 10 days with no response. Seller beware they are not putting in the effort or value for your money to sell your boat.
