I contacted Long Island Marina (LIM) about 6 weeks ago having found the Front tow hook bent because one of the 2 Nuts which hold the U-bolt secure, was missing from the factory assembly. I proved LIM with 2 photos which clearly shows the problem. I said I could replace the bent U-bolt if they would simply send me a new one along with the 2 Nuts which secure it to the undercarriage of the pontoon boat deck frame.
