Had them out to try to find a leak in my mini split about two years ago they never found the leak but they were happy to take my money. They charged the system and obviously everything leaked out. It was getting a little cost prohibitive, so I let it sit for a little while and subsequently charge the system myself. Stopped at the office about a week ago and spoke to the gal in the office.
