I’ve worked w/ LIHP just a couple times but I can say they are very professional, prompt and helpful. I’ve worked w/ a few of the Employees: Paola, Jen, Joan, Nicole and Cristy all seeming to be nice young ladies and also secretary Jazmine is very nice as well. (I appreciate the team☺️).
I used them years ago the experience was stressful they are rude throughout the whole experience. The amount of paperwork required is massive but the slightest thing you mess up they will jump down your throat like you murdered someone instead of saying "hey can you fix this real quick" they need to take some classes in manners and common courtesy. Terrible experience. No communication at all they know that you’re not getting approved but will still collect $100 for applications. It’s a total scam. Doris was very unhelpful. The whole thing is a scam. I had better luck just going to get a Mortgage and getting a home. If they are non profit why make me pay a fee and deny me
I applied for the CLT it was application 729. I had to disclose everything. We are a one income family of 5. I had to get things notarized. After I finally had all the paper work done, they quickly denied me. “We added your four recent pay stubs, multiplied it by 52 and decided that’s what you make”. I don’t make overtime every week. When I got my 2024 W2 that showed I was well under the 80% median income for a family of 5 I sent it to them. They were wrong.
