Thought I would share some words of advice for potential customers. I just received a response from Long Island Homes regarding the attached picture. This picture is of our outdoor area, just under two years from when we took possession. You might want to consider the upgrade to paint that doesn't turn grey. Two stars for being courteous, minus 3 stars for knowing this to be a problem and not spending a few extra bucks applying the sealer when you build your product and making it your customers problem.
