Very terrible no communication at all, we had a case since 2024 and till now they haven't resolved anything. The attorney keeps saying they will call you back never does. Its been 2 days we have been waiting for a call back. They haven't even disclosed we had a court date. Very unprofessional do not come here!!!
Terrible experience. If you want to deal with a headache and no communication then I will recommend.
Poor communication, don’t pick up phone calls and whenever you call for updates you get this girl that raises her voice whenever you want to get a point across just so you can hear to her response as well. I have used them for a few but this is the last time I will do any renewal with them.
