Worst facility to go for eye check up . The frontal is rude nasty and the office is big rip off if going for contact lenses check up . The optometrist had attitude like worst ever . Front desk is worst Stacey is nasty and patients out there in waiting area are also complaining. Mannerless
There seems to be a common theme to which I can concur. Dr Lane is a wonderful doctor. He's patient and thorough. But whoever it is dealing with the phones, they are the worst. It's really a shame. Hung up on 3 times and then treated really rudely when calling about getting a replacement script. They just talked over my wife about declining the refraction without letting her get a word in. Totally understand if the script can't be given, but at least make an attempt to be helpful. I completely understand that phones at a med... read more
Dr. Lane has been my ophthalmologist for many years. He has helped me so much with blepharitis treatment, did my cataract surgery (plus no more contacts!) as well as all my detailed annual exams. He always makes me feel secure in his knowledge - and is a really nice, intelligent, empathetic and caring person. I would highly recommend using him if you are looking for an excellent doctor.
Had an emergency and called late Thursday and was given an appointment for Friday. Stacey, who is front desk, check out, could not have been nicer or more accommodating or understanding in helping me make the appointment. I was taken on time and had a preliminary work up by Samantha a med tech. Once again, was taken by how pleasant and upbeat Samantha was, and extremely thorough in taking a history. When I saw Dr. Lane a few minutes after my eyes were dilated he performed a complete exam and reassured me that all was normal.... read more
