Let me start by saying this is only the second time I went here. But it’s the first time I let them do my eyebrows. And I’m so particular and Jamie failed me in the biggest way. I should have known something was wrong when she didn’t ask me if I wanted to see my brows when she was done. One eyebrow tail is so much thinner than the other. Which I was very clear I didn’t want.

I cannot recommend Kim enough! I was a little nervous heading into my appointment, but she made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and surprisingly pleasant. Kim has such a kind, calming presence, and she made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I was amazed at how knowledgeable Julianna was about skin and skin care. She taught me how to take care of my skin and protect it. Definitely coming back for facials regularly.

LIE is such a cute spot and clean! Milena was great, very professional and sweet. She was gentle with my lashes, love the outcome of my lash lift/tint. She was informative as well with the other services that they provide there. Looking forward to coming back and possibly even doing my eyebrows. Thank you again!
